Welcome to Carole’s Cozy Cottage! This inviting house, built in 2021, is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with an open floor plan including a full kitchen and living room and hardwood floors throughout. The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 people with a queen bed in the bedroom, a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top in the dining area, and a fold-out couch with a queen mattress in the living room. The kitchen includes quartz counter tops, gas oven/stove, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and automatic dishwasher. The living room has a 70” smart TV and the bedroom had a 40” smart TV. There are also two separate spaces to enjoy the outdoors. The front porch has a 60” smart TV, comfortable seating, and a full-size Blackstone griddle. There is also a half-bath with entrance on the front porch. This bathroom also doubles as a storm shelter in case of inclement weather. On the back of the house is a cozy deck with comfortable seating and a beautiful lake view.
The house is next to the host’s family home and includes a private driveway and off-street parking.
The bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and hand soap provided.
The kitchen comes equipped with cookware, dishes, silverware, and serving utensils. Dishwashing detergent, paper towels, hand soap, coffee pods, and assorted snacks are also provided.
