"Pictures showed on Expedia Website doesn’t show what hotel room realy is. Very small room, shower doesn’t work cold water, Internet doenst work any time, there is no front desk after 9:00pm and the entry door is kept locked from 10 pm to 6 am. Very noise, not family place."

"seems to be called hotel DIBA not sure if that is the same as Ciao. Very close to main road as well tram lines. Room was quiet enough still however. Fridge in the room was a nice touch. TV very small and could do with an upgrade but overall nice enough stay."

"Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was so good- so much choice. Close to Aldi the tram that takes you into centre. The Turkish restaurant (Istanbul restaurant the 2 local Greek restaurants are really good and decent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the chef was such a good character - always offered us a choice of eggs/checked our breakfast was ok and spoke to us gave great recommendations. Absolutely brilliant for our visit to the Zag arena where we watched a concert and trams are very frequent to and from the hotel stop"
