"The place was roomy and spacious, way better then a hotel! Two of the beds weren't made, no apology was given and they insisted on interrupting our trip to come and make the beds after I said please dont. I probably wouldnt even bother to write this review had there been a sincere apology, I mean things happen right...Also the king bed was way too hard and there was glass doors on the den without curtains so you could not have privacy in that room. I think it could be way better if some things...

"My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. Very nice location/view and the property itself was wonderful and clean. All cupboards where well stocked and we lacked nothing. There were also snacks, water, and coffee provided. I would definitely recommend this place to stay!I would note that the fold down couch in the den would best suit a child rather than a adult. "Received good directions and prompt replies from the manager. We came on a hot weekend and one of the units didn’t have a portable A/C. One message to the manager resulted in workers bringing a couple of portable A/C’s and installing it through the window to cool the unit. The units are clean and the rooftop is great with BBQ, common table, sitting area, and a pool table - all with surrounding great views. The building is at a great location one block away from the lake."

"We like the unit. It was big enough for our family. Really liked the location and also the quick response from staff. Just one thing though, the ac is not centralized so the bedrooms were a bit hot. You need to open the bedroom doors for the cool air to circulate. We managed and had a good time. We’ll be back."

"This property has the potential to be great but they need to work on the details. PROS: Location is fantastic. Apartment was clean and nice layout. Bathrooms were spacious. CONS: The listing says it sleeps twelve but it only has enough beds for ten. It is advertised as lake view but we looked out at the neighbouring trailer park. They never sent checkin information. You have to call an information phone number to get access codes, which is an extra hassle you don’t want when traveling....

"Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect location in walking distance to shops and restaurants, and had a lovely view from the balcony looking onto the water and out to the mountains. We loved that there was plenty of space for our little one to explore, and that he could have his own room. We went at a really cold time of year so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony or rooftop unfortunately but hope to come back another time in the spring to enjoy that. It was quite chilly in the main area...

"This is a very unique place and personally we loved it. Lot's of places for the kids to hang out in and so many beds.
