"The staff here do an amazing job, from reception to dining and cleaning. Huge shout out to Sanna at reception who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and Heidi from the dining area who was also a gem! Big complaints here were unresponsive thermostats (Thankfully Sanna brought us a portable heater to help with the cold), and the drab outdated room and bathroom, and worn out furniture in room and in lobby lounge. The bottoms all sag and are not comfortable."

"Great location. Room was spacious, comfortable and minimalist but all the necessary amenities available. The hotel rooms occupy the 5th and 6th floors of a commercial Art Deco renovated building. There isn't a lobby just a reception/check in area where complimentary coffee and tea and hot water is provided when reception is open (it is not open 24 hours)."
