She was exceptionally accommodating and helpful when we had to make some spontaneous changes to our booking due to travel difficulties. "The house was great for our family who travelled from four different parts of the country to celebrate my husband's birthday. Access from the motorway was very straightforward. The communal areas in the house were warm and welcoming. The bedrooms, each with their own en suite, were well-appointed and comfortable.
