Holiday home with garden in Hellenthal Eifel

Reside comfortably in this holiday home in Am grünen Wald, located in the village of Hellenthal, in the Volcanic Eifel. This holiday home is an 8-person house with an enclosed garden with furniture and a terrace at the front. Furthermore, the house has 1 large bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 of which have a balcony.

The region is beautiful and offers a peaceful vacation. You can enjoy a morning walk in the nearby forest. There are many restaurants available in the vicinity. You can also visit the nearby town of Schleiden for shopping.

The house is connected at the back with a holiday apartment for 2 people. But everyone has their own privacy, with
separate private entrances and private terraced gardens. The basement has laundry facilities for added convenience and the modular kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. 2 pets can accompany you for a small fee.

Check-in timings are 4 to 6 PM and check-out timings are 10 to 11 AM.

The house is very comfortable: room sizes, furniture, kitchen equipment and appliances, bathrooms. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. The furniture in the whole house is very comfortable. Dining table and chairs, as well as the comfortable and large sofas are very comfortable. Rooms, furniture, appliances and equipment were in good condition and clean. I lije that all rooms Plenty of rooms are bright and friendly with lovely view on forest and garden. All eight of us were very happy with the house and are contemplating to book it again for next year.

Es hat uns allen gefallen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Sie haben hier alles, was Sie brauchen. Das Haus ist veraltet, ich persönlich denke, dass es zur Lage des Hauses passt und komplett ausgestattet ist. Mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Wir waren für ein Wochenende mit einem Ausflug ins Phantasialand hier und haben uns entschieden, unser Essen im Haus selbst zuzubereiten, was perfekt funktioniert. Ich kann dieses Haus jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe und Komfort im nostalgischen Stil genießen möchte.

Huis was ruim genoeg voor de 8 personen. Kuiken was erg netjes, alleen de koelkast/vries combinatie was een beetje te klein voor alle eten en drinken voor 8 personen waardoor we vaker boodschappen moesten doen dan we in eerste instantie wouden doen. Buiten dit kleine minpuntje was het huis goed. Slaapkamers waren ook netjes en ruim genoeg. Huis ligt aan het einde van een doodlopende straat waardoor het er lekker rustig is. Als je richting het centrum van het dorp wil lopen is het op de terugweg wel een kleine klim om richting het huisje te lopen. In het dorp zijn een aantal restaurants, een ijssalon, en 2 supermarkten.

Séjour à l'occasion d'une épreuve cycliste locale d'importance internationale.
Très bonne expérience avec cette location. Les propriétaires ne e sont pas sur place mais très bon contact par mail et très bonne procédure écrite pour prendre disposition de la villa. Villa bien équipée bien située et relativement propres. Un havre de paix dans une vallée forestière verdoyante.

De woning mag wel gemoderniseerd worden. Ligging prima. Wasmachine en droger doen het niet, ook aan vervanging toe. Dat was wel een tegenvaller. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet helemaal juist. Dat prijs moet eigenlijk met 25% nabeneden. Dan zijn de verhoudingen goed.

Im großen und ganzen ein gemütliches Ferienhaus
Der Aufenthalt in dem geräumigen Ferienhaus war sehr schön. Die Lage und die Ruhe im Grünen ist optimal um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Auch an Ausflugszielen mangelt es nicht. Was täglich störte, war dass wir zum duschen alle das Bad im EG benutzen mussten, weil das Wasser in der Dusche im OG zu heiß war und nicht kühler geregelt werden konnte. Im Garten hätten wir uns für die Kinder eine Spielmöglichkeit gewünscht. Während wir Erwachsenen auf der Terrasse ein kühles Getränk genießen. Und leider konnten wir die Waschmaschine nicht nutzen. Diese sollte vielleicht öfter gereinigt werden. Auch einiges Kochgeschirr stand unappetitlicherweise schmutzig in den Schränken. Das konnte uns aber den Urlaub nicht verderben. Wir bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt und kommen hoffentlich mal wieder. Herzliche Grüße

Het is een schitterende omgeving veel natuur mooi uitzicht en heel veel rust! Als je uit het drukke stadsleven kom zoals wij dan is het de rust waard. Het huisje is erg oud weinig onderhoud gepleegd dit is zeker een punt van de eigenaar om hier wat mee te doen. De badkamer boven is uit jaar 0 de wasmachine is aanwezig maar deze is echt aan vervanging toe zoals zoveel spullen. Wat erg jammer is is dat het huisje opgegeven wordt als vrijstaande dit is zeker het geval als je het huisje alleen verhuurd voor gasten niet voor twee verschillende gasten tegelijk. Je heb namelijk een voor en achter tuin deze zitten aan elkaar vast waardoor het één huis is maar wel te verhuren voor twee gezinnen tegelijk beetje jammer als je dit nergens lees. Hierdoor moet je ook bij het huis de auto heel dicht langs de kant zetten op deze doodlopende straat, anders komen de buren die aan de achterzijde zitten elke keer vragen of je de auto weg wil halen. Kortom een 6 als cijfer. De omgeving is weinig te doen als je echt naar een centrum wil moet je verplicht de auto pakken. Supermarkten wel volop aanwezig gezinnen met kinderen kom je voor de rust zoals wij perfect maar wil je de kinderen plezieren is deze locatie niet aan te raden.schoonmaken is echt een min punt vooral hoeken, plafonds vloeren is zeer slecht. We willen de eigenaar toch bedankten dat we hier twee weken verbleven hebben.

Schönes Haus mit retro Charme
das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Doch es ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und ein neuer Fußboden wie auch eine Renovierung des oberen Bades wäre ein schöner Gewinn für dieses Haus! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten bei den Geschäften, Wildgehege und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten in dieser Gegend. Natur Pur!
