We stopped by for one evening on our drive from the Midwest to Flordia for spring break. Little did we know how wonderful this stop over would be! Jai was a wonderful property manager, communicated with us often and early. The property was so clean and spacious. The hot tub was amazing! We loved walking through old Helena. The train is very close but the walls were thick and it was charming. We loved our stay!
Even though we only got to stay to sleep, checking in after 10:30PM after a wedding and leaving the next morning by 9AM it was well worth it. Looked to be a brand new place, beds were really comfortable memory foam, untouched bunk beds upstairs had their own TVs and headsets. Out back was hot tub, grills, games, etc. We will most certainly be looking for this place again the next time we come to Birmingham especially if we have the kids with us next time.

Amazing place minus trains and neighbors.
The suite was really nice and very clean. It was designed very well and such a good idea for a bnb. The outdoor space was really great and provided a cool space to hang out with the family.
The only downsides of the space were the very very thin walls. We stayed here because of a local softball tournament so we had to be up at 5am. The group next to us had a lot of people over for a birthday party I think, the noise carried into our bedroom which kept us up later than we needed to be.
The bnb also sits between 2 train tracks. We were not aware of this when we booked, we probably would have chosen a different place had we known that there would be multiple trains come through during the night, waking us up. Super inconvenient when we had to be up so early.
Overall the place was well kept and the host was fantastic, just not an ideal location for what we needed.
Amazing place! They thought of everything and the town is cute too with a restaurant(depot deli and grill) and nano brewery(oversoul brewing) within walking distance. Everything looked new and clean. The outdoor deck area has a put put hole, cornhole, giant connect 4, fire pit and hot tub(not hot in summer, so more like a little pool). The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. Kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs. Had a couple small bottles of dish soap, sponge, a couple packages of laundry detergent, a couple packages of coffee for the pot, couple back up trash bags, etc. Truly great! My one suggestion would be to let people know you won’t receive the check in info until right before check in time(1 hour before for us). I’m a planner so I was getting super nervous that they didn’t tell me that and we were traveling from out of state with a family of 5. Central time zone by the way. Overall, loved this place and would definitely stay again!
