Finally, you have that time away, and you are looking to relax sitting on a porch listening to the river flow by and having a cup of coffee. Perhaps you are seeking the wonderful fresh smells of the mountains? Sit on the porch with friends and a glass of our local wine.

Spring Special - 3rd Night Free! Book 3 or more consecutive nights with arrival in March or April 2025. Valid on select properties with new bookings. Only one discount applied per reservation. Guests must request that the 3rd Night Free Special be applied to their reservation. Enter the request under guest comments. The discount will be applied after we receive the reservation with the request.

At River's Rest you have all the conveniences of home with plenty of living room seating, a gas log fireplace and a television on the mantel. The kitchen boasts of full size appliances, including a dishwasher. Choose the standard 12-cup drip or the Keurig one-cup coffee maker. There is a washer and dryer for convenience. The dining area has chairs for six guests with more seating on the porch at the pine table with benches. The rocking chairs, glider settee and tables are an Amish wood design. There is an electric grill, too!

The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a jetted garden tub. The guest bedroom has a set of bunk beds with queen size mattresses on both top and bottom. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. With the sofa bed, this little gem will accommodate up to 8 people.

The upstairs porch has a hammock and two hanging egg swing chairs for relaxation.

A short walk puts you in the downtown area with many options for dining. The walk back to the property is a lovely path along the river. If you are planning all of these relaxing moments, then Rivers Rest is the place for you.

Rivers Rest is pet-friendly. A one-time per-pet fee will be added if you bring your dog(s). The pet fees that will be added to your reservation are $75 + tax for the first and $25 + tax for each additional.
