Excellent location
The townhouse was very clean and the location was great. It was very quiet and easily accessed. Our only suggestions would be more wash cloths and towels (1 of each for 2 days is really not enough) and clothes hangers.

Nice. Just very plain and not as equipped as other locations, but clean. Not sure on which unit was ours when we arrived, not mentioned in the arrival directions Blinds on the front door broken. Probably would not return.

Family Fun getaway
Awesome stay Lynn was unbelievably great, helped us with anything we wanted. We will definitely visit again. Neighborhood is very safe. Great walks to downtown.

Christmas getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this very clean & quiet condo. It was stocked with all the basic necessities & the Christmas tree was a wonderful touch! The king size bed was very comfortable which was so nice after hiking all day & walking the streets around Helen each night, We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, able to walk to downtown. Very, very clean. The property manager helped me getting the key out of the lockbox and inspected the home for cleanliness. Everything was in great shape. Would be a great place for a longer stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Convenient to town. You could walk if you wanted to. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms in each bedroom and a half bath downstairs. Private sitting area out back. We visit Helen every year and this has been the best place I have stayed.

New, clean and comfy beds!
The condo is located a short 1 mile walk into downtown Helen. It is brand new, and has spacious bedrooms with comfy beds! Check-in was seamless and I appreciated the host contacting me later on check-in day to make sure we had everything we needed. Perfect options for (2) couples traveling together since both bedrooms have a King bed and full bath.

Everything was fine. Very comfy and clean. My only issue is the cumbersome process to commit our checkout with VRBO or the host. Should be much easier.

Great place, very clean, comfortable. Location requires short drive for Helen highlights. Realizing the property is new, it could use a couple of comfortable chairs and rocker in living area and a BBQ grill on patio.

We absolutely loved our stay . The host was really amazing! She guided us and helped us get into our location. She was honest, I left a gift for her and she called to tell me I had left it and was able to surprise her with it. Thank you!

Very clean and very nice! Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Loved each bedroom also had its own full bathroom. Property manager was great and quickly responsive. Only needs curtains in the bedrooms to darken the room. Also would have been nice to have blow dryers. Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Great Spot for Helen
Property located within walking distance to Main Street. Easy walk to restaurants. Property was clean and looks like newly renovated. Had an issue with getting the key out of the lock box but contacted the property manager and someone was there within 10 minutes to get us in. I received a call from Lynn and she apologized for the inconvenience and made sure we were setup with wifi.

Condo was clean and very well taken care of. Checking in and out was quick and easy. If I had to change anything it would be, exchange the white towels and comforters to a different color that doesn't show as much dirt. Also, adding a washer and dryer.

The property was within walking distance of everything. It was new and clean, but the owner should decorate a little. It was also missing a coffee table in the living room and the front bedroom was extremely bright in the morning, it really needs dark curtains. We would definitely stay again.

We had a small snafu when we checked it but the host was on top of things and took immediate action to rectify the issue. It rained a lot while we were in Helen so we stayed in a bit more until the rain cleared up. The unit was comfortable and very spacious so we did not mind hanging out in the condo/townhouse. It was completely renovated and immaculate. Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was so great! Although it was just my husband and I, we each had our own bathroom. The 1/2 bath on the first level was very convenient. I will definitely stay there again since I know what to expect. Extra credit to the great host James. He knows the meaning of hospitality.

Basic, new, clean
Super easy to find, easy check in and lock box. New townhome, very clean. It is just a 2 bath not 2.5–not a game changer but no bath on first level. Smart TVs in every room but whatever apps are on there are what you get—can’t add Netflix or any app to it without the pin and when I asked for help James said the owner is the only one with the pin. Comfortable furniture but no throw blankets to really get comfy on the couch. Bedroom beds are comfy, many outlets. Shower is super low water pressure, but does the job. Walls—like any townhouse—are super thin. You can hear the crying baby in the house next door. Bring a sound machine. The flood light in the front came through the window in the front bedroom and kept that room lit all night. Wish there were some curtains to block it. Overall, nice place. Just very basic.
