Lovely girls’ weekend

We enjoyed the cozy living room gas fireplace, outdoor hot tub, and close proximity to downtown Helen. Beds were comfy and all was very clean. Highly recommend!

Great little getaway!

Our group really enjoyed staying at Heavenly Pines! The house was clean & spacious & had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to town. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway!

Our stay was wonderful! Rental company was great with communication and was very helpful! The cabin is beautiful and so clean! It was tucked away, but so close to drive to everything! We would definitely choose Heavenly Pines again when traveling to Helen.

We loved our stay here, it was close enough that we could walk down to Oktoberfest and didn’t have to worry about parking during the busy festivities. The house was great, it was really nice to get away and relax in the beautiful mountains!

Lovely and Convenient

We had 11 family members staying at this VRBO for a quick weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone to visit, be outside, sleep, etc. The location of the VRBO is a perfect distance away from Helen, taking less than 10 minutes to get to the strip. Everything in the house was beautiful. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone.

Amazing Cabin for Family Vacation

We had a great time for our family's spring break. All the accommodations were very comfy and cozy. Plenty of space for everyone and had a excellent time enjoying all that it provided. A minor item would be to have the fire pit area a bit more cleaned up and flattened to enjoy or hangout but we had plenty of other things to do :)

Family mental health recharge

Going to the cabin was our granny happy place. Ever since she passed we as cousins get together once a month to mentally recharge and honor her. This cabin was so relaxing. It gave us time to mentally recharge. We love love this cabin! We can’t wait to visit again.

Great location! Close to Helen but located just outside the craziness of the town. House was clean and well maintained! Property management company reached out prior to our stay to let us know the dishwasher was broken and the replacement wouldn't make it in time for our stay. They offered early check- in, which was nice. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils for our group of 8. Highly recommend!

Nice quiet clean property with lots of room. Our two sons and their families had plenty of room to spread out. Loved the living room area where we all could hang out with our new grand babies! The driveway does have an incline but it is doable, we all had suv’s that were not four wheel drive. We definitely be back!

Excellent Property!

This place is exactly as advertised and a great cabin! There are plenty of amenities for everyone that stayed with us. The cabin is beautiful and a great space for young kids. It was a bonus that they had children utensils and dinnerware as well as a highchair and a gate to block the stairs. The only negative we had was the guard did not have our information upon arrival. Thankfully, we arrived before 6p.m. and the property manager quickly sent them the information via e-mail.

Family trip

Overall, the house was a good size for a family of 9. We were close to the downtown and activities. Felt safe and the house was clean. The driveway was challenging, as it is very steep, and little space to turn around. The kitchen was nice but not fully prepared for a family of 9 cooking meals. Missing some staple utensils, and important cooking items, peeler, colander, spatula, medium pot, and wine glasses (only plastic). There were only mirrors in the bathroom so with 3 bathrooms, and 9 people getting ready, would have been helpful for mirrors throughout the home. There was nothing to clean up spills, and only 1 roll of small paper towels. We couldn’t find a dustpan either. It’s a beautifully decorated place, and nice welcome gift of champagne, hot tub was great, enough beds, and layout worked well. Just needed some adds to the kitchen for a big family get together.

Heavenly Pines

The house was beautiful with just the right number of beds but there are a couple of things that would have made the stay more enjoyable. The first would be to have a normal spatula in the house. There was a very large grill spatula and a thick wood spatula neither of which worked well for what we needed. Second would be closer access to the hot tub. It was very very chilly walking all the way from the hot tub, up a spiral stair case to the back door on the main floor. Third is a working grill. We purchased a meal to grill and the grill didn’t work! Fourth is chemicals to add to the hot tub after use. After the second use the water was murky and smelled musty. The management company was very accommodating though, and came to add chemicals that day. Also, we believe the refrigerator needs a new water filter as the ice tastes horrible. All in all our stay was good. Thank you for the s’mores supplies and the starter kit for the kitchen.
