Great condo close to downtown Helen
My wife and I went to Helen for Oktoberfest. This condo is located right on the river and a short 5-10 minute walk to downtown. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was very clean. I’m 63, and would have liked to see handles in the showers and the toilets a bit taller. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Perfect Location - Clean and Well Stocked
The home was very conveniently located right along the stream so when we were in the home relaxing we had the added relaxation of the water rippling over the rocks to soothe away the cares of the day. For those able to walk a few block the home is close enough to walk comfortably to the shops and restaurants.

Excellent location with beautiful view.
Location is great and very convenient, the view was awesome. Access to the river right outside the front door was amazing and the view from the balcony was great. The unit itself was pretty nice but the cleaning service doesn’t do a great job. With a quick wipe down this place is great for a family vacation.

It’s a great location, right on the river, close walking distance to restaurants & shops. We really enjoyed our stay. Tell ‘John Foxx’ we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend to others & just sorry NYE falls during the wk or we would be back! My only suggestion since the breakfast bar only seats 2 to eat, is to add a rack of TV trays so if there are more than 2 ppl, others can sit and eat at the couch or recliner chair. Otherwise, it was fine for 2-3 ppl.

Great location!
This property was very convenient to everything to do in Helen. We enjoyed our stay, but it could use a little TLC. Sliding door was hard to open, sofa was in need of being replaced as it had worn holes, back burner eye on stove did not work, and molding around tile at front door was not attached to floor. These are small things and did not disrupt our stay. Yes, we would stay there again!

Perfect Getaway
This home was a last minute booking and turned out to be awesome and just what we needed. It was not overpriced like so many are these days it was affordable without being in a play of concern for safety. It could do with some updates in bathrooms but other than that it meet our needs. We were a family of 4 with the kids being 2 adults so the double beds in 2nd bedroom gave them some much needed catch up time! Air Conditioning was awesome it wasn’t stuck in 75/72 like some of the places we have stayed and we were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic food needs. It had a regular coffee pot so could enjoy it when ready!! The outside space was a plus you could set and watch the tubers float down the Chattahoochee or even venture in the water itself. Location was so close we could actually walk to cool tubes/ big daddy’s/ dollar store/ putt putt golf and the Bodnese Restaurant this place for walking distance was one of the best features!! Definitely saving this location for future visits absolutely loved it!!!

Floors were very dirty and there were ants everywhere. We had to keep all food in the refrigerator, even the chips. Ants were also very bad in the master bedroom. The condo itself was nice and the location was excellent.

Good home with some issues
We have stayed here in the past and had hoped to return again in the future. The location is perfect - right on the river and within walking distance of everything in town. Enough beds and bathrooms for a large family. Very clean and comfortable beds. Amazing water pressure (but not much hot water - so be quick in the shower!) However, our ac went out the 3rd night we were there and even through I contacted customer service multiple times, it was never fixed. Needless to say, we are not happy with our experience. I contacted customer service again once we returned home to see if they could make it right - I asked for a 1 night refund - and they have not responded to my request. So...the home is great, but the customer service really needs some work.

Great location on the river but condo needs some attention
Great location to downtown. Extremely difficult to sleep comfortably with the worn out mattresses/pillows. Guest bedroom is adjacent to the breezeway which is loud all hours of the night. Bare kitchen utensils. WiFi pretty non efficient due to the condominium building using the same modem.

The condo first appearance looked and smelled good but then you notice the bed spread smelled of smoke,, the bathtub grout is filthy, the doors and Toilet paper holder had dust an inch deep, there were crumbs on the counter under the toaster, the dishwasher was full of dishes and water and the deck was dirty as can be! Some boards on outer deck were rotten, I would not rent there again!

Our stay here went okay but condo is missing (1) description said two designated parking spaces but this was not the case; (2) the Internet was terrible..ok if you stayed in the living room but could not reach back to the bedroom!; (3) due to the open underneath this condo , the floor was freezing!! Good location but not sure we'd stay in this unit again

I have answer question already twice. Need to add new furniture, make roof above porch dry. Holes in floor let’s rain come through. No room for 4 people to eat comfortably inside. Only 3 bar stools. Furniture inside very uncomfortable. Otherwise the place was great. Just too bad it rained 3 days.

Great overall unit, but the neighbors were not good. Lots of late night drinking, fights and yelling at each other. Broken beer bottles and glass on common deck used by all units. Tons of small dogs constantly barking and yes, lots of dog poop everywhere on the ground - watch your step. Allowing single night rentals is not good for these condos.
