"Excellent Quadruple room above the bar. The Village and hotel look exquisite! Both evening meal and breakast were wonderful. Only two issues. The room is rather dark with no bright light near a mirror. Some noisy music from below in the evening and morning, I think while closing and opening up the bar. When paying the rates for this stay, I would not expect these minor issues."

"The photos gave the impression of superior rooms but the room was tired, needed a new carpet and decorating. Sash windows, road just outside and over a busy bar. Why 4 then? I'm a bit soft. Staff were great, diets catered for and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast excellent. "

"We were 3 families with mostly older teens and young adults. House was very well equipped and in a great location for the seafront. There is short term parking outside for unloading and then a cheap long stay car park a few minutes walk away. House was a good size with a sunny backyard area with large table. Contrary to other reviews, there are 2 proper showers which was more than adequate for us. Everything was very clean and ready to go with keypad entry so easy to get in."
