There was a blond guy really rude ..I have been misstreated by him without no sense or reason from the first seconds I came in ...he didn't want listen to me just he wanted speak ..and in really arrogant way told me : " you have to go out as your ceck in is at 2 pm " confusing me ...I said please I am not feeling well can I please stay in the reception welcome room waiting my ceck in at 2...

"We booked a night for two and our experience was absolutely amazing. Location is in the heart of the old city, the room was clean, shower door closes properly so no water splashes on the floor. We did not hear any sounds and received very clear instructions on how to get in. Overall amazing experience "
