"This a a truly delightful stay. We were here during the Christmas week with our two boys. The house is less than five minutes walk from the Eguisheim village center and it was a very convenient place and with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. This area is also a good base to visit other parts of Alsace and the Black Forest region of Germany and even parts of Switzerland such as Interlaken. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful gite. The property itself has been beautifully and sympathetically renovated and provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for a big group. Everything that we needed was provided (just had to bring hand soap for the basins in the bedrooms). The towels and bedlinens were very good quality and the beds were extremely comfortable. "Beautiful home. Great plus to have a washer and dryer available. Very clean. I would have liked to have had a top sheet between me and the cozy comforter. I looked in cabinet and laundry room but could not find one."

"We share the positive reviews of many aspects of this property. It's very spacious (although the swing of some doors cause odd pinch points). We were only three, and would have used only the ground floor but for an issue (see later). The kitchen is well equipped, the induction stovetop was great to cook on. The location is properly noted, but Marie's L'épicerie in the village was closed for August vacation. (Which I imagine is an annual event.) That meant we needed to drive 6+ km for morning...

"At first the owner could not meet us the agreed at check-in time. We had to protest in order to check-in as planned. The we were criticised for the state of the property, by mail after we had left , - the owner were not present at check-out time. We had only slept, eaten breakfast and showered."
