"Great pool. Quiet and had it to ourselves most of the time. Lots of space, open but cosy lounges, nice atmosphere and very spacious. The room was spotless but had very poor lighting to work and there was only 1 pillow each. Great that there was a separate toilet and nice bathroom. Comfy bed."

"The outside of the hotel is not inviting, being part of a stadium complex. However, inside is a modern, stylish and comfortable place to spend one or two nights. The staff are very professional. The restaurant is good, as is the breakfast selection. The rooms are a good size. Plenty of parking for a small charge. There is a walking route to the centre of Zwolle but it takes 30 minutes."

"Comfortable and handy hotel for the university campus. Had to ask for the amenity drinks voucher. Relaxed style waiting staff in the restaurant. Friendly at reception. My room smelt somewhat of drains initially but once ran some water in the shower it quickly subsided. Maintenance had left a light fitting cardboard box in the room but not an issue. "

I've contacted them, after my stay, about my receipt and even though Hotels.com made it kind of difficult for us to contact directly, they manage to help me right away. "The room was tiny, dirty and stuffy with no AC to help regulate the temperature. We had to pay extra for a bed that I would have assumed came with the room as I booked it for three people. Staff were often not around at the front desk to help, because they were short staffed. Machines in the games room, stopped working (although a discount was offered when this happened). Breakfast was okay. But the restaurant was overpriced and poor quality. We ordered Patas Braves and got and burnt plate...
