"The hotel is on an industrial estate and seems popular with workers in transit. The communal areas look very smart and give off a good impression but the rooms are a different story. My room (119) was small, dark and gloomy - the walls were painted dark blue. Everything looks worn, run down and dated. The so called restaurant and bar opened at 7pm and only offers three varieties of pizza - as soon as you had eaten it was closed and you were told to sit in the lobby. Scruffy individuals were hanging around outside the entrance smoking and drinking bottles of beer. Underground car park was grim. OK for a one night stopover."

"WOW!!! This property sits high on a hill & is breathtaking! Staff was very friendly & helpful. Elegant ambiance, so many different areas to view, lots of things for children to do. Wish we would’ve been able to stay longer! Needed a room for 3, got a family room which included 3 separate rooms & 1 1/2 bathrooms!!! Highly recommend!!!"

"The hotel room did not have any air conditioning that was stated as an amenity in the profile. The hotel manager did not accept any of my critisizm, and did not even offer any sympathy. I found hair on the bath room floor and a bottle cap under the bed. The TV remote did not work. There is no elevator from the parking at the back of the hotel, only inside the from the enterance and lobby to the rooms. The hotel rooms are simple and functional. The staff was nice but none of them speaked English except the manager thay was not present all of the time. Lcd TV is small. The shower is tiny. The hotel location is beautiful, and the garden with the pool at the back of the hotel is great."
