"I have stayed in many 5 star hotel and this hotel is nothing less than a 5 star hotel. The staff is super nice. Although I booked the hotel for wrong night but the lady at the reception accommodated us. I can not be more thankful for her. If I go again to Heiligenblut, I will only stay in this hotel. "Very nice place to stay in the middle of the beautiful Alps. Our 2 bedroom apartment was really spacious with a large living room and bathroom, that contains a small sauna. That's was really good experience. Apartment has a full kitchen including dishwasher and oven, that would be very useful for longer stay. And the view no doubts is wonderful. Hotel staff was really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was included. Not a very large choice, but for such a small hotel it was quite good."

"This property is was great for our group! Not a high end place but it has everything you need including well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washer. The sinks in each room were great! Barbara is awesome host! She even brought come Christmas cookies and Schnapps for us. So thoughtful!!!"
