"The property was as described it had 2 good size bedrooms, the 1 one at the rear of the property was the larger of the 2 and had the benefit of the stream bubbling past outside. The one at the front of the property was next to the main road in Saalbach and so was busy and slightly noisier but not noticeably so. The bathroom was excellent, had a lovely shower and 2 sinks too. "We had the middle apartment with the balcony at the front off the kitchen, ideal for watching village life whilst eating breakfast and catching the morning sun. We also had access to a large shared balcony at the rear which was ideal for catching the sun at the other end of the day whilst enjoying evening dinner. "This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Julia. The apartment is very spacious and the location can’t be beat - close to the central area, the Bahnhof, the walkway around the lake - we could walk everywhere! It is next to the train tracks but the trains are electric and quiet. Any extra needs were taken care of immediately. When we return to Zell Am See, we shall rent this place again."

"Spent 8 days in a small but well equipped and great location apartment in the Saalbach region. The apartment is close to the bike tracks, close to the town and easy parking. These was also good storage for bikes. No issues at all !!"
