Right on the doorstep is the beach and harbor with ferry connections to Kiel, Mönkeberg, Friedrichsort, Falckenstein and Laboe, refreshments such as bistro & restaurant as well as fresh fish from the cutter and the Fördewanderweg, which always runs along the banks of the Förde.

This high-quality and modern 2-room apartment for a maximum of two adults - in the 2nd Floor located - has 1 separate bedroom with box spring bed and walk-in balcony. The large daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower. The very spacious living room is combined with an open kitchen (island with extractor hood and dining area). In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa area and armchairs, which are oriented towards the balcony and the flat screen.
Each individual room impresses with its spacious layout and the materials used. The floor-to-ceiling window front invites you to open and linger all year round.

Your car will find its place behind the building - the access is max. 2.30 m wide! A bicycle parking space is also available here.

Perfekte Lage
Vor allem die tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Förde und den Nord-Ostsee-Kanal sowie den Strand direkt vor dem Haus machen die Entspannung perfekt. Auch die Fähranbindung sowie Möglichkeiten zur Verpflegung liegen direkt vor der Türe. Die Wohnung ist neu und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir haben die zwei Wochen Urlaub bei herbstlich schönem Wetter sehr genossen.

Tolle Lage!
Ein schönes, helles Appartement, super gelegen. Fisch direkt vom Kutter 50m entfernt am Hafen. Fischbrötchen und geräucherte Fische im kleinen Laden im Haus. Schöner Strand mit Bewirtschaftung im 5 Gehminuten, direkt vor dem Haus ein kleiner Strand. Einzig die Ausstattung mit Geschirr war spärlich. Und das Internet nicht nutzbar. Die Agentur hat meinen Wunsch zur Nachbesserung ignoriert. Schade, bis auf diesen kleinen Makel war es ein toller Urlaub
