"This establishment is so unorganized. I booked this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for 3 nights. On the check-in day, I got a message from them saying it was not available due to water damage, which is understandable. They offered me another apartment that they claimed to be the same as the one I booked with no extra cost.
