"Room had not been cleaned, trash can was still half full and there was even trash in the sink, at least the bed appeared to have been made. There was a musty, old smoke smell throughout, likely from the incredibly dirty carpeting. It was larger than most in this price range so the space was nice and for being so close to the highway it was quieter than I expected and the bed was fairly comfy so there were good points. "Filthy. Rooms and property are so filthy. Roaches everywhere in the room. In the tub, on the counters. The tub has stains on it, dead and alive roaches, soaps were thrown in the tub. The door doesn’t close all the way, and poses a safety issue. There are stains on the walls and mold. The bedding has holes in it and broken light fixtures. What a waste of $90 , to sleep with roaches. Guests are doing car repairs in the parking lot and making so much noises. The property has dog poop everywhere. "

"This house is exactly as it appears in the pictures! Probably even better! Seven of us stayed here for my mom‘s 70th surprise birthday and everyone absolutely loved the house and amenities.
