Katrin von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schade war die Klimaanlage war nicht regelbar - Zimmer daher zu warm.

Nice stay
Staff at reception was nice, gave us advice to nearby Italian restaurant Da Baggio was a great choice. We spent a very nice dinner with great value of food and service. We all happy with the stay and hope to come back again!

Wir haben wunschgemäß ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen und somit auch wegen der guten Qualität der Matratze und Bettwaren sehr erholsam geschlafen. Zimmerreinigung überdurchschnittlich gut. Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich.

Pros-The hotel is only 10 minutes close to the old town. The area is quite and close to few restaurants and cafes. Cons- I am very disappointed by the reception. The one person worst than the other- the only exception was Mark. The breakfast was good, but it was exactly the same During our 7 days stay. And as long as we were there for New Year’s Eve, we expected something more and different especially for this day

Der Empfang und der Service des Personals war sehr gut. Was wir als negativ empfanden Keine Ablage für unsere beiden Koffer (sehr großer Minuspunkt) Kein 2. Stuhl Die Zimmergröße entspricht nicht dem Preisniveau. Sehr eng. Das Frühstück ist knapper Durchschnitt. Keine warmen Speisen wie Rührei etc.

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hervorragend, Hotel auch super. Einziges Manko war, dass die Heizung sich nicht regeln lies. Das heißt, die Klimaanlage kann entweder kühlen oder im Winter heizen. Das Heizen ist aber abartig heiß.

Schlechter Kaffe und teures Parkhaus
Das Hotel ist soweit ok für einen Aufenthalt am Rande der Altstadt. Zwei grosse Mankos: der Kaffee zum Frühstück ist ungeniessbar. Der Preis für das Parkhaus mit 18 Euro die Nacht ist eine Unverschämtheit. Man läuft doch 15 min bis zum Anfang der Altstadt und dann nochmals 35 bis 40 bis zum anderen Ende.
