"I absolutely love the location of this hotel! It offers stunning views of the lake, and the main street with all the shops is just a short walk away. Conveniently, there’s also a bus station right across the street, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall experience. I appreciated thoughtful amenities like a refrigerator, an iron and ironing board in the room, and the convenience of an elevator, which was especially helpful with our luggage. The breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of offerings to suit every palate. This will definitely be our go-to place whenever we visit Heidelberg!"
