"Wir haben den Bungalow mit 5 Frauen gemietet um unseren gemeinsamen Studienabschluss zu feiern und etwas Erholung zu finden. Lemmer war dafür ein Idealer Ort. Der Bungalow war modern und durchdacht eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Im Garten ließ es sich herrlich in ruhiger Umgebung entspannen. "Gefallen hat uns die Lage der Unterkunft in der Natur und dass Hunde erlaubt sind. Nur wenige Kilometer entfernt gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Apotheke. Die Unterkunft selbst ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und gehört, meiner Meinung nach, komplett saniert. Die Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt, der Boden ist beschädigt, Farbe blättert von den Fensterrahmen ab, die Wände sehen schmutzig aus, das Bad sah auch nicht sonderlich einladend aus und die Eingangstüre hatte an der Gummidichtung...

"Tolles und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Lage ist für einen sehr ruhigen Urlaub optimal. Leider sind die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten selbst für nur ein paar Frühstücksbrötchen 8 KM in Lemmer entfernt. Bei schönen Wetter eine Runde mit dem Fahrrad bei schlechten Wetter ohne Auto nicht machbar. In Rutten selbst ist außer Ruhe nix. Wir sind aufgrund des Wetters viel Auto gefahren."

"Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem,was benötigt wird.Sehr nah am Deich/Strand gelegen.Stadt Lemmer gut fußläufig zu erreichen.Nette idyllische Innenstadt mit sehr schönen Geschäften und tollen Restaurants. wir waren schon zweimal in Lemmer und werden es sicherlich auch noch mal sein!!😊"

"Das Haus liegt hinter einem Restaurant direkt am Wasser. Alles da, was man braucht, sauber und sieht noch sehr neu aus. Vom Restaurantbetrieb bekommt man gar nix mit. Das Boot lag direkt am Steg zur sofortigen Verfügung. Unser Kontakt vor Ort, Herr Vos, war toll. Super sympathisch, hilfsbereit und sofort da, wenn was war. "Positive: Der Außenbereich war schön. Man hatte den ganzen Tag Sonne und konnte auf einer schönen Terrasse sitzen. Auch die gesamte Anlage war gepflegt und angenehm. Allerdings war der Sonnenschirm sehr schwer und musste je nach Sonnenstand umgesetzt werden. Negative: Das Haus war schmuddelig. Es war nur oberflächlich geputzt. "The good: The home is well maintained, fairly close to the tourist area in Giethoorn, and has all of the dishes, pans, etc. needed for preparing meals. We were able to spend a lot of time in Geithoorn. The boat tour is with the price. The bad: After multiple attempts to contact the property manager via phone and email, and Belvilla by text, we heard nothing about the check-in process.
