"Hotel is a short walk from train station. I got to the hotel at 10:30a and the person at the front desk let me in a room so I could take a nap. There was an ammonia smell in my room. I had a manager come smeel it and they moved me to the room next door. Great customer service. The breakfast was a substantial spread and very tasty. "

"I booked a hotel with a double bed and a swimming pool. Both were available when I booked, but when we arrived pool was not in use and hotel room was two single beds pushed together. When I complained about this i was told that hotel had no double beds even though it was on the hotel website. Room had lots of scimmel, absolutely discusting."
