"The Airport Shuttle was advertised in a message to us as “On Request - call the hotel on arriving at the airport”. However, it turns out that the Shuttle runs on a fixed schedule - every half hour only. Overall, a positive experience though. The rail connectivity was a big plus with the train station right across the hotel. Really liked that the room was clean and comfortable, including the bed and the bathroom. "Me encantó el hotel. Lo único malo fue que decidieron hacer un simulacro de emergencia y no avisaron antes. Entonces allí nos tuvieron muertos del miedo porque estábamos durmiendo hasta tarde por el cambio de horario y empezó a sonar la alarma. Fue horrible!!! La chica que estaba en el front desk se portó súper mal pues le pregunté que por qué no avisaron y me dijo le estoy avisando ahora…. En fin la experiencia con el hotel la salvó el chico que estaba de guardia por las noches que era súper...

"Beautiful city and the hotel is located in a really good location. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. However the rooms were a little dated and in need of some upgrades. We stopped over for a night and its a good hotel to spend a night and explore the lovely city. "
