"River Views Lavender Farm was an exceptional place to stay! Upon arrival we were greeted by 3 very happy and friendly dogs! The room was very comfortable and met all our needs. We opened up the windows and enjoyed listening to the sound of the river below and admiring the beauty all around. The "nest" had every amenity and the host was fabulous! After soaking in the hot tub, take a mountain drive, hit the Yellow House for a crab cake, head to the beach at Greenbriar State Park, go to Grotto's Caverns. My granddaughter did not want to leave! "Myself and two friends went for a two night stay and it couldn't have been better. The hosts were reasonable, practical with all their expectations and they were very responsive and kind during the planning stages and when we arrived. The house was well supplied with everything we needed. Unfortunately there was an outdoor burn ban in place due to drought, but the fire pit looked very comfortable and we even talked about coming back to enjoy it next year.
