"Wir hatten das Hotel zum Jahreswechsel für 3 Tage, 3 Monate im Voraus gebucht und über hotels.com auch eine Buchungsbestätigung 4 Tage vor Anreise bekommen. Bei Ankunft im Hotel wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass keine Buchung im System auffindbar war und man uns mitteilte, dass KEINE Zimmer über hotels.com angeboten wurden.
