Anniversary Getaway
We've been visiting Heber Springs for 12 years and this is one of our favorites. It was pristine clean, provided all necessities, super comfy beds and beautiful view of river. The quiet and peaceful setting was perfect.

Weekend Getaway
These were perfect accommodations for our 3 night stay. Rustic, on the river, actually able to access the river and catch fish. We drove over 6 hours for our stay and would do it again. Stunning views, massive trees, good fishing. We were very pleased!

Perfect cabin for our family vacation. Right on the water and a short drive into town. Booking was super easy and communication with owner was great. Unfortunately, was unable to fish behind house because water too high and moving WAY too fast. We have a fantastic time anyways. Thanks!

My wife and I had good time at Lil Shangri-La. Good spot for wade fishing when dam not discharging. Cabin clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the fire pit. May be back.

Great weekend getaway
This house was the perfect place to go for a quick weekend trip. It had all the room we needed, plenty of space to spread out, and lots of beautiful outdoor views. Even with some rain we were able to hike and enjoy the surrounding area and have a bonfire and smores down by the river!

It was magnificent The house is clean and decorated very cute. The walk down to the river is easy. The scenery is gorgeous. The screened in porch with the swing was really nice to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time on the little red river. This house is perfect. It had everything to celebrate a birthday and the New Years. The proximity to town was great too! When we come back to Arkansas we will definitely come back here!

The house was a little dated but very clean! The kitchen was well equipped, and the house was well stocked with everything we needed to have a great stay. The location of the house was perfect. The view of the river from the deck was great. We had an awesome time. Will attempt to stay here again in the fiture.

A quick trip to do a little fishing. Everything was beyond my expectations and I have recommended this nice little house on the river to my friends. I will be staying here anytime I come to Heber Springs.

Beautiful quiet place
I was really impressed! The house is on a beautiful section of the river. It's really quiet, with just a few people fly fishing. The village is not very far away, and we went on a couple of nice hikes nearby.

Very Nice Place
Nice place with everything thing you need for a great getaway. Great location on the river, but even though there is not a dock, when their not generating, you can fish from the shore. Relaxed and fished a lot, but didn’t catch any. It appeared to be a slow time for catching, but who’s complaining.

Very relaxing zen feeling listening to the river water. Very nice screen in deck and open deck.
Very clean. My husband and I slept in the twin beds as we usually sleep in a king bed. I toss and tirn a lot so we thought the twin beds would work best. The beds were comfortable enough. My sister in law slept in the queen bed and said it was pretty soft. We think the mattresses need to be flipped/turned. The ceiling fan in the twin bed room made a lot of noise so we couldn't use it while sleeping. It should be replaced. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
