Welcome to the Deer Valley Lake House. This beautifully appointed home is idyllically carved into the hillside at Stillwater, just to the east of the Deer Valley Ski Resort, offering breathtaking views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and the mountain's ski runs at this beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath Lake House. Appreciate the convenience of being just 3 minutes from the Deer Valley Gondola in the winter and right at the Jordanelle Reservoir for summer water activities.

This beautiful home is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished to ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. As you enter the home, you will notice the front door foyer opens up to a bright and open family room and living space that include the gourmet kitchen, dining area and family living room. The family room features all the furnishings and technology that one could want, including two plush suede couches, a stone gas fireplace, and a large HDTV with Dish TV. The house is also fully equipped with High Speed eero Pro Wi-Fi, perfect for working from home or remote learning while visiting Park City. There is ample storage throughout the home and the property has a private and spacious 2-car garage and driveway with additional parking.

The chef's kitchen is a primary feature of the home, offering a complete range of stainless-steel appliances, including a high-end gas stove, dishwasher, French-door refrigerator, microwave and more. The alder wood cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, corning ware, dishes and flatware, toaster, blender, crock pot, muffin pans, coffee maker, and coffee grinder enough to prepare a lavish 5-course meal. The counters are nicely finished with a light speckled granite.

Just off the kitchen and leading to the family room is the dining area. The dining table offers formal seating for 6 - 8 people. From the oversized windows on the main floor, you are able to enjoy the sweeping mountain views of Deer Valley Resort and water view of the Jordanelle Reservoir. From the dining area, you can access our outdoor deck that receives sunlight all day and offers even better views! There is also a high-end gas grill, which is connected to a natural gas line so it will always be ready when you want to fire up the grill. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. Guests can enjoy the sunset over a home cooked meal. Enjoy being just 3 minutes from the Deer Valley Gondola in the winter and the Jordanelle Reservoir for summer activities.

The main floor has a half bathroom with a beautiful vanity and counter with bronze finishes. Head upstairs to the enhanced home office in the loft, equipped with task seating and a dual-monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer workstation, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry closet with a full-sized HE washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The master suite is equipped with a top-of-the-line king size bed with comfortable linens and bedding, gas fireplace, HDTV, Blu-ray player, hardwood bedroom set (bed frame, nightstands, dresser), large walk-in closet, ceiling fan and in suite bathroom. The master bathroom is large in size and features a walk-in glass shower, jetted bathtub and extra-long vanity with a his and hers sink, granite countertops and bronze finishes. The views from the master's 3 large windows are spectacular!

The first guest suite has a queen size bed, HDTV, window seat and a shared bathroom. The second guest suite is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed plus a twin trundle bed. This room can sleep up to 4 guests. There is also an HDTV in this bedroom.

Head down to the lower level of the home has a fantastic game/theater room. The well-equipped game room with a full-sized pool table, loads of board / card games, a PlayStation, a large HDTV, and Blu-ray. Along one wall is a bar with a wine fridge and area for snacks. Outside the game room, there is another full bathroom and an area with a twin sleeper sofa. From here you have access to the lower-level deck, where you can access the private hot tub.

The lower master suite is bright and spacious with walk-out patio and panoramic views. This comfortable suite has a King size bed, high quality linens and bedding, hardwood bed-set, dresser and night tables with lamps, HDTV, and a large closet for additional storage space.

For additional sleeping, two Queen air mattresses (with sheets, blankets, and pillows) are also provided. The home is equipped with FREE Wi-Fi, satellite cable TV, a soft water system, central heat and central air-conditioning. For those traveling with young children, there is also a stroller, highchair, 2 baby gates, and a pack'n play (with sheets) available for your use.
