Important Information
- Events & Extra Guests:
Groups over 20 guests must be approved before booking.
Extra guests over 20 (including day-use visitors) incur a $50 per person, per day fee.
Events under 50 guests are permitted with an additional event fee. (Events over 50 guests are not allowed.)

- Pool & Hot Tub Details:
The pool is heated to 70°F by default.
Optional heating to 85–90°F is available for $75 per day (2-day minimum) from April–October (weather permitting).

- RV Parking:
$35 per day (no hookups)
$50 per day (water & electric hookups) – Up to 3 RVs can be hooked up at the same time. (Space for up to 4 total.)

- Housekeeping & Policies:
Check-out instructions must be followed or guests can opt for a $100 fee for cleaners to handle checkout tasks.
Top bunk beds are not pre-made due to time constraints. Bedding is provided, and beds can be made in advance for a $100 fee (request at least 48 hours before check-in).

- Security & Property Rules:
Two security cameras are on-site (front door & backyard near the man cave). They are for security purposes only.
Street parking is not allowed. The property provides ample space for parking on-site.
Ice maker is non-functional – please plan accordingly.

Propane is not provided – guests may bring their own or refill available tanks in town.

The House was everything
We had the best time during our stay in Heber. The house had everything we needed. Any minor problem was easily handled with a text to the property manager. We loved lounging by the pool, hanging out in the man cave and playing in the yard. We loved that there was easy access to the marina to put our boat on the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Plenty to do just in the house alone. Between the swimming pool, pool table, ping pong and foosball, activities are plenty. Would stay again

Fantastic Place!
My family had a fantastic stay! The pool was amazing, we had so much fun in the man cave, and the pickleball court was used constantly. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the property was very clean. I reached out to Elora a couple of times, and she was very helpful. I would not only recommend this place to others, but I would go back in a heartbeat!

Fun house for a group
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the many different options for places to hang out. The man cave was particularly fun. We woke up to the heat not working but the property manager responded very quickly and had someone out to fix it within a few hours.

So Many Things to Do
Our stay was perfect, just what we were looking for. We hosted a getaway for some employees and their significant others all in their 20s, and this place was awesome. Never a dull moment, always something to do whether that be swimming, hot tub, pool table, walking to the lake, pickleball, movies, etc. We had a blast and would recommend this space for any big group event whether its family or a work group!

Weekend Getaway
We spent a few days with extended family (13 total people) in this lovely home. The pool, hot tub, and pickleball court were absolute hits with the teenagers and the younger kids loved the playground and pool. We spent nearly all our time outside in the heated pool (heating was a must in mid-October) or watching movies on the huge couch in the Man Cave. The entire process was easy and the home had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home!
The home and hosts were great for our family retreat. Bart and Michele we very good to work with, even after a little scheduling conflict. My kids are already planning this as an annual tradition. Our 4 year old granddaughter keeps asking: “When are we going back to the pool house in the mountains?”

Reunion
Family winter reunions can be tricky to pull off due to limited activities for the whole family. This property was the answer for us and we weren’t disappointed-it was great! It provided the game room with a variety of activities for all ages, plenty of TV’s for movies, and a hot tub. The house has plenty of room for 20 people. We were all comfortable with plenty of room without constantly feeling like we were in a crowd. . Plenty of day activities nearby—skiing, hot springs swimming and snorkeling, and for those who want it, quaint restaurants and shops in Midway.

Christmas party
We had a group of 14 and had beds for all. The only complaint would be the fact the top bunks weren’t made and we had to do it ourselves or we would be charged a fee. I think it’s more of a summer/warm weather place to stay. We weren’t able to use any of the outdoor amenities. The owners were wonderful and quick to respond.

Wonderful for large groups
The house was clean, everything we needed was there. The new pool house is beautiful and it was great to be able to use for pool side parties! The pool has colored lights at night between that and the beautiful landscaping you think you are at a beautiful resort! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are nice and big and stocked well. The owners were great to work with. The lake is just a block away we spent a day in our boat and park city is only 20 min. Their is a lot to see and do in the area! We will be back!

The place was spacious and well equipped for large groups. The stove was not working, but they tried to resolved and offered access to owners oven next door for cooking Thanksgiving. This was a disappointment, but they made a reasonable effort to help out and have offered a credit for the inconvenience. The yard, outdoor pool and hot-tub area look wonderful if the weather were warmer. The indoor Billiards, ping-pong and foosball were entertaining but could use some maintenance. At the end of the day, it served our purpose for a fun family gathering spot for the Holidays.

Girls "Glamp"
Rained and snowed out of our camping plans we had to pivot and found this GEM of a property that became a place for our YW to thrive. Nestled next to Deer Creek Lake with mountains minutes away. There was so much to do on property we only left twice - once to get shakes at the famous Dairy Keen in Heber and then an excursion which consisted of Lunch at Lupitas Valley Mexican in Midway with a visit to Cascade Springs in the nearby mountains. The property was everything it said it was and was very clean. The girls changed the Man Cave into a Woman Cave and stayed up long into the night building memories and relationships. The pool and hot tub were perfect activities - rain or shine. While the rain prevented us from using the firepit, we used the beautiful atmosphere and sat around it for some amazing "fire"side talks. And the playset was a hit with these girls playing all sorts of games and just enjoying each others company. The kitchen is fully stocked with the appliances and things you might need need. My camp cooks were over the moon with the Blackstone that was available. In short, I know too late for that, it was an amazing time in this beautiful property that was well accommodated by its hosts and property manager. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay.

Mostly-great property and experience
The house was very laid out for short term use, and the yard is incredible, with many outdoor activities. In inclement weather, it's less-fun. There was a leak in the pool house from shoddy workmanship on the exterior that caused flooding there, and exposed a present or past rodent infestation. When I stated that this was unsatisfactory, I was given a $100 credit, which I viewed as insufficient for the amount of property that I paid to lease completely that was unavailable. The property manager was exceptional in responding to problems/issues, and was an excellent communicator. There were some damages to the play equipment, (skeeball was unusable, pool table could really use new felt and leveling) and no credits were offered. A few of our party smoked, which they did outside, often outside the fence, but the owner and property manager found out, and penalized us, because the contract is very specific that there is NO SMOKING of ANY KIND in/on the property. I didn't realize they would enforce that provision as aggressively as they did, but it was certainly part of the contract. So, if you're a smoker, skip this one. Overall, a good experience, a few disappointments, and a less-flexible owner/manager around some pretty obvious gaps between what was advertised/paid for, and what I got.

Family Thanksgiving
We celebrated Thanksgiving with our extended family at this property. The property was an endless source of fun activities for everyone to stay occupied and interact with each other. It was well represented in the online listing (if anything it was even better than it was listed as) and everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Definitely recommend!

Amazing family vacation house!
So much to do! Heated pool was worth every penny spent. The man cave could not have been better. Jacuzzi was clean and heated up well. So much space for our 4 families to hang out. Love this house!

Family Gathering
We had such a great time. The kid had so much fun in the pool. The fireplace is amazing. We spent a lot of time as a family in the man cave and everybody enjoyed themselves. We would definitely stay again.
