Beautiful Stay - Will be Back!
This is a beautiful home and property. Well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of comfy furniture and well-placed gathering areas, and a beautiful, rural lot well back from any roads or traffic. The host was fantastic with responding to questions and requests, and even provide a welcome basket with snacks! Loved it all and look forward to staying again in the future.

Heathsville Retreat
A beautiful and peaceful retreat for a long weekend. Several wineries are close by to enjoy but there is plenty to do just staying in. The house had everything in place when we arrived, all we brought was food. Perfect for a family getaway/vacation. Loved the alpaca farm down the street!

Beautiful home, relaxing stay
The house was breathtaking when we walked in. The pictures don't do it justice. It was gorgeous, relaxing, and had everything we needed. The owner, Mora, was incredibly responsive and did not hesitate to make our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. We plan on coming back again! We really enjoyed cooking together around the bar and eating at the dining table. It was also great to cozy up by the TV and enjoy all her available streaming services. Also, note that the 3rd bedroom has a full/queen sized bed instead of a twin! Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving at the river
The house is lovely and the setting is beautiful. Lots of space and beautiful views - the sunrise!! It really has everything you need for a wonderful get away.The fireplace wasn’t working, the heat went off, and the cleaning lady had missed a number of things, but we worked around it and enjoyed our time together.

Beautiful home, cozy stay
We had a great long weekend at this Heathsville home. We arrived to a snowy view over the river and enjoyed sitting by the fire while watching the ice over the trees. Our kids loved the basement space to themselves and the "Rapunzel tower." The house is comfortable, well-appointed, and lots of little touches to make you feel right at home, like the s'mores bakset ready to go.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is exactly as described and pictured - very comfortable and with lovely water views! We would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. And we loved meeting the alpacas at a nearby farm!

Fabulous River Getaway
This is a beautiful home located in the woods which leads to a wonderful private dock and the river. The house was amazing with gorgeous views, a wonderful deck, and very well equipped for cooking, relaxing and fun (pool table!) We were able to engage in all of our favorite water pursuits, including kayaking, crabbing, and fishing right from the dock! We had an amazing four days with friends and family, and will definitely return.

Holiday Haven
The home was breathtakingly beautiful and does not disappoint. We enjoyed making Christmas cookies in the beautiful kitchen, playing games and eating meals around the huge table, and gathering around the huge island to hang out. So much to do in this home from fishing to chilling! The owner was awesome to deal with and we will plan to go back to this gorgeous home on the Rivah again!

Amazing experience with this beautiful home
We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing home. The first floor is simply beautiful with the wood ceilings, beams and all those windows looking at the water. Had a few questions about the property the owners were very responsive and eager to assist. I would highly recommend this property.
