"We loved the proximity of the house to the park! We really enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean and comfy. We loved the views out of the window and loved playing with the dogs. We grilled out one night. The kitchen was to stocked with everything we needed. We had a nice hot shower too which was nice. "

"Perfect location with an easy 10 minute drive to Denali, away from the crowds. Great laundry facilities with soap and dryer sheets, new baskets included. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, nice kitchen with coffee maker, huge pantry. 49th State Brewery and a grocery store are 2 minutes down the road, along with gas stations. "The Denali Sunset House was to be our "base camp" for activities in the area. It was hard to leave the house. We wanted to just sit and enjoy nature. Becky and Terry have included so many thoughtful touches. House was spacious for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable. Communication was easy. Would happily stay again."

"The Denali lake cabin is a hidden gem near Denali. David was wonderful from booking to check out. We had no problems at all! The cabin is tucked back out of the way- but David’s directions are spot on. The cabin is spacious, the bed very comfortable, linens and towels very good quality. If you wanted to cook, there’s a full kitchen and the basics, salt, pepper, oil etc are there. Highly recommend. Would stay here again."

"Found the listing information and previous reviews to be accurate. Step ups to bathrooms and living area require extra caution for a traveling group of seniors. The only thing I would add is don’t miss the Fat Truck tour in Healy. Probably the highlight of our three week trip. "

"Beautiful spot. Rustic of course. The road in is quite difficult. You need both the 4wd (which I had) and some offroading skills (which maybe I had less of). But Dave got us through it; picked us up inhis ATV and got our car out. If you do decide to try it yourself you need to commit to it. I got stuck because I was timid. Ideally get there before dark."
