"Beautiful spot. Rustic of course. The road in is quite difficult. You need both the 4wd (which I had) and some offroading skills (which maybe I had less of). But Dave got us through it; picked us up inhis ATV and got our car out. If you do decide to try it yourself you need to commit to it. I got stuck because I was timid. Ideally get there before dark."

"The perfect place to stay right next to Denali National Park! The entire property had beautiful views and the den was clean and well maintained with plenty of amenities for a longer stay. We 100% recommend this to fellow travelers!"

"Yes, it's a rustic cabin with a pit toilet, just as described. Cute, remote little cabin in the woods. The heater kept us warm, there was plenty of hot water and water pressure, and lots of space. Plenty of kitchen implements, dishes, silverware and glasses were provided. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the bedding arrangement, with a top sheet, and light and heavier blankets. Lights and insulation were provided in the pit toilet. One small thing: please replace the knobs on the...

"The owners have a lovely property with three cabins. Lots of woods in a peaceful setting. Sitting on the front porch is relaxing with a view of the mountains. We even saw the Aurora Borealis. The cabin we rented was clean and had a full kitchen (no dishwasher) and 2 queen beds. The location is convenient to Denali without the traffic. Healy is a small town with a few good restaurants, a small grocery store, and gas stations. There are also Denali flightseeing companies in Healy. We would stay here again."
