"The accommodation was basic for the price we paid. hotels.com did not make it clear prior to our arrival that we would need to pay extra for bedding and towels, we had to pay additional for these at check in which was expensive. "

Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. "Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern , 6+12 für einen 5 tägigen Kurztrip da und hatten von Anfang an sehr viel Spaß. Efteling ist eine Reise wert und das Chalet sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Umgebung lädt auch zu Ausflügen ein. Minigolfanlage ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür zahlt man ja nichts und den Kindern hat es Spaß gemacht."
