"The listing is exactly as described, located in a peaceful and secluded area just a short drive from Mariposa. The property was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. One note is that the queen bed is quite elevated, which might be a bit challenging for shorter individuals to get in and out of. That said, it was a great stay overall, especially for the price!"

"This is our 3rd stay every time this place is full of tranquility peace & nature sounds all day very nice to have coffee in the mornings take a hike allot squirrels moss pine cones very majestic place bbq grill and fire pit available for night time smores and bbq. "This house was deceptively huge. It just kept going and going to the back with bedroom after bedroom. Plenty of open space for family gathering time, lots of nice amenities (games, TV, outdoor wrap around deck). Parking can be a little challenging as the driveway runs up the hill, opposite of traffic, but we were able to back in which made exiting easier. We loved that the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils, and the bathrooms were well-supplied. Groveland is a charming town, and the house is conveniently located for exploring Yosemite. While we missed having access to Pine Mountain Lake, we found another nearby lake to rent boats for a fun day on the water. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!"
