Nice, clean overnight stay

We enjoyed our stay here as we traveled across Kansas for our holiday vacation. The house was welcoming and cozy. The park right across the street was nice and even had a Pokestop! A definite bonus for the kids. Would stay again.

Great stop on our trip to Colorado
This house is clean, newly renovated, and comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows and towels. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stop here again next time we drive out west!

This property was a wonderful find. I liked the fact that it had extra pillows, it was stocked with everything you would need in the house to have an excellent and stress free experience and that it was extremely cozy and clean. The location was also ideal. Perfect spot.

As others have mentioned, the exterior of this house is awaiting renovation, for example, the windows have small gaps and need to be replaced. But the location is good: comfortable neighborhood across from the park, with a large back yard, and the place was immaculate and well furnished. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was just right for our short trip to Hays to cheer on the Tigers basketball teams. The outside of the house is a little rough but the inside is as advertised. We would stay here again.

Great stay
We were in town for college rodeo so we’re in and out a lot. Simple home with everything you need; very quiet neighborhood; met our needs perfectly. This home was super clean and well stocked with everything you need. Large fenced in back yard with sitting chairs. We appreciated the nice towels, bedding and cleaning products. Also enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom! Beds were comfortable. we would definitely stay there again!

Stopover in Hays
We stayed one night to stopover on our drive back home. The house was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood. There is a quaint little memorial on the other side of the road. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had shampoo, soap, and conditioner available. The owner did very well communicating and the check in process was super easy. Don’t forget to “Czech” out the 20’ painted egg, just down the highway in Wilson, KS. The town surrounding it is interesting and full of history!

A lovely little place for us to meet family for the weekend! Taught my son to play checkers and the bedrooms had more than enough accommodations for us! We will be back!

Great place!
The property looks sketchy when you pull up (like the exterior photo), but it really is a great place! Very nice amenities! We loved the modern finishes in the house from the lighting fixtures to the non-fog mirror in the bathroom. Everything is close in Hays, so no matter what you are doing the location works. The house has everything you could need, even a pack n’ play! Very clean. Would definitely stay again!

I want to thank Adam for reaching out to me. The dates needed to be changed and he was very helpful. The house was perfect. I love the little touches added for Christmas. Xmas trip 2021
Property is in the process of updates on the exterior, so we were a little leary of what the inside was going to look like based on outside appearance. However, no worries as the inside showed how hard the owners have obviously been working to have place eye-appealing, cosy, efficient and just remarkable in all aspects! Decor was lovely, all amenities we might have forgotten but needed were provided, and the living and sleeping arrangements were perfect in this quiet neighborhood. We definitely would stay again!

Great for a reunion
We were in town for a family reunion. There were 4 adults that stayed in the house quite comfortably. The house was very clean with up to date appliances. There was an issue with the AC, but the property owner had someone there within a couple hours of when we checked in to fix it. The location was in town which made it easy to get to the grocery store and gas station. They had several streaming services so we had many options to watch movies at night when we returned from our reunion activities. There was coffee, breakfast bars, and a little candy which was a nice touch. Just like home. We would definitely stay there again.

Fun Mountain Getaway!
As friends and family in our group, we really wanted a fun and convenient place for taking the kids to snowboard and to go tubing. The house is perfectly laid out for family togetherness and plenty of beds/bedrooms. It was very cold and rainy outside, however, the cabin is cozy and toasty. The fireplace is really enough to warm the home along with the heating in the master bedroom. The kitchen had all we needed to cook our meals and eat together. We did get some fun wildlife visits, primarily by some really fun-loving deer who played by the stream and in the front and back of the house. I highly recommend this property for kids, families and friends.

Hays House
This is a newly renovated property and it has been done very nicely. The house is clean and everything you need is there. There are a number of games, books, snacks and coffees available to use. There is plenty of space for children to play and the back yard is huge for a property in town. It was 10 minutes at most to just about anywhere you might want to go in Hays. Don't let the exterior of the property stop you from booking. As of July 23 it has not been remodeled. When we were in the garage putting away recycle we noticed high quality new windows for the entire house. The owners are obviously planning on completing the outside as well. We highly recommend this property and will return.
