"The rooms are so spacious compared to the typical hotel room. The kids have room to move and plenty of space for a crib. The other famiky we are traveling with has 3 kids making the couch a necessity to keep the family together versus most hotels automatically splitting them to two rooms."

"I was coming to Memphis for a particular event. Circumstances were changing about the start of the event. I left my home not realizing that I was not going to make it in time. I call Quality Inn and informed them of my situation and they made sure that I did not have to stress out about my reservation that all was well. I was not charged extra and was treated well upon arrival. This is my favorite place to stay when visiting Memphis. Staff is wonderful."
