Our stay in Hayesville NC
We recently stayed at this lovely property in Hayesville, NC, and it exceeded all our expectations. The accommodations were impeccably clean, making it easy to feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining their space, as every detail was thoughtfully attended to. The setting itself was incredibly quiet, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The property’s location was a dream for outdoor enthusiasts. Nestled in the mountains, it offered easy access to numerous hiking trails, catering to both beginners and seasoned hikers. The surrounding area was bursting with natural beauty, from the lush greenery to the breathtaking mountain views. It was a joy to explore during the day and then return to such a serene environment in the evening. What truly set this property apart was its picturesque setting by a stream. The gentle sound of the water flowing added an extra layer of tranquility that made our stay unforgettable. We spent time relaxing by the stream, soaking in the peace of the mountains. Whether you’re looking for adventure or a quiet retreat, this property in Hayesville is an exceptional choice and one we would love to return to.

Peaceful Stream
The Carriage House is in a beautiful setting with a peaceful stream with tall trees, Smoky Mountain views, and many things to see & do in the area. We stayed here during Hurricane Helene: had quite a bit of rain but the power stayed on and the creek remained within it banks; a neighbor stopped by to see how we were doing! The owner communicated well & quickly with us before and during the storm. The house was well stocked with a great layout with comfortable bed and great shower / kitchen. During the rain we sat on the porch and in the open garage under the house. The asphalt road provided a pleasant area with great views to walk. Will definitely come back! Jean & Tom; Brock, TX

Wonderful family vacation
We enjoyed the cottage and we had a wonderful vacation with our family. We rented the adjoining house so our family would be close by. This is the third time our family has rented this property and we can’t wait to return next summer. The town of Hayesville is fun to explore!

Wonderful Stay!
The space was perfect and the creek view and creek sound made all the difference. If you need a great internet signal for working, I wouldn’t suggest staying here, but it was adequate enough if your goal is to relax and get away. We will be back!

Dreamy Carriage House
We had a great stay! Our host put everything in place to have water/power during an extreme cold front over Christmas and was great at communicating. I loved to have neighbors close as I was staying by myself the first 2 nights & the location is very convenient. Overall a great stay and we will return!

Cute and quite
The house was decorated nice, it was in a great location if you want to get away. Got to watch a tractor parade in town only a few minutes from that house and the Copper Door restaurant also located in town was absolutely amazing. Renting was stress free and easy, highly recommend staying here.
