"Easy check in, very clean and well stocked with everything needed. I was visiting my daughter at UMass who had to have knee surgery. There was lots of space for her to get around. It was also close to the University which was important for us as well."

"It was just as shown in the listing. Overall was very clean and comfortable. Futon took a little figuring out to get set up and securing the shower curtain to prevent spilling water on the bathroom floor took a do-over and some clean-up, but in general was very happy with our stay and the host was very courteous and responsive."

"Pristine can mean several different things. My interpretation was to be “like new”. This dwelling did not quite live up to that standard, but was clean, sans the “mud room” and what appeared to be mold on the peak of the ceiling above the living room. The original listing stated firewood was provided by the host. Then, the checkin instructions stated guests provided their own. Not huge, just misstated in the listing (since changed). "The views are beautiful, and the cabin is home-y. Nice updates include new heating and a wall-mounted smart TV that you can rotate to view from the kitchen, dining room, or living area. The host kindly allowed us to check in up to two hours early, which we deeply appreciated. The sport courts are quite a distance from the cabin, so keep that in mind if booking in warm weather months with kiddos who'd want to play on them! (I'd mistakenly assumed they were right next to the cabin.)"

"Great property with great view, cute suite with everything we needed for a short stay while getting our daughter settled back in at Amherst College. Enjoyed a nice dinner nearby at Blue Rock Shelburne Falls, a little shopping and coffee at Mocha mayas and Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters. My husband did a little fly fishing just off the property in the Deerfield River. Thank you!"
