Welcome to Dwell at Hayden Lake!

Come make memories at our newly built modern lake home in a quiet bay. Enjoy ultra modern architecture, featuring high ceilings, stainless steel appliances in 2 kitchens, polished concrete flooring, beautiful hardwood floors and tons of large open windows with natural light.

Incredible lake views from nearly every room!

Spend the day/night entertaining on the huge upper wrap around deck or enjoy privacy and solitude on the lower patio just steps from the water.

Step inside to the Dwell at Hayden Lake. The main level features huge ceilings and open windows throughout the main hallway, living room, and kitchen. Open floor plan great for entertaining and taking in all of the beautiful views of Hayden Lake and the bay.

Gather around the big kitchen island and cook meals together or snack on charcuterie. Step outside to the huge wraparound porch and enjoy peace and quiet, while making memories with family and friends.

As you enter the lower level from the stairway you’ll enjoy another open floor plan with living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a rec room with small theater and ping pong table. Washer and dryer are here in the lower level.

Tons of natural light throughout and more lake views. Step outside onto a smaller wraparound patio that is just right by the water. Enjoy the canoe, kayak, or paddleboard, right outside here.

Upstairs, in between the garage and the main house, you can enjoy a hot tub overlooking the bay.

Your own slice of heaven
Fantastic experience, house is as shown on the pictures, the perfect modern feel right in your own little corner of Hayden Lake. The owners are very friendly, helpful and generous to share their kayak, canoe and paddle board. Excellent location on a gorgeous lake. Highly recommend!

Amazing views and quiet!
We had a very relaxing weekend down on the waterfront and spent a ton of time out on the lake, fishing and kayaking, especially in the quiet bay. We loved the modern amenities and being tucked away in the woods in such a nice setting. Some of the best sunsets we’ve seen here in North Idaho! Loved grilling out on the deck and having morning coffee out on the patio watching the Osprey hunt for fish.
