Great place and location

This is a great place to stay with ease of access to town and to lakeside access very close too. It will surprise you how quiet it is all day and night and the views from the hot tub are amazing. The hosts are great and very respectful and responsive.

Property was the perfect size for us and our two children who shared the other room. We’re close enough to drive into Coeur d’Alene, but this property is on the beautiful more quiet lake in Hayden. We loved the amenities the house had to offer and management was fast and responsive. Also, this neighborhood is beautiful. Deers were wandering through the property daily. Magical little getaway.

The property was perfect. Host was always available for questions or needed assistance

My friends from high school plan a ski week every year. This property was one of the best we have stayed at and the communications with the host was outstanding. I would encourage anyone looking to stay at Coeur D'Alene-Hayen to look at styaing at this property.

This was the perfect size for me and my best friend and in a great location. The view and hot tub were the best. The front bedroom and bathrooms were a little dark so we recommend some better lighting but overall we loved it!

Family Get Away

We had tweens, and a baby with us for this stay. It was the perfect layout to give everyone space, along with an "at home" feel. Everyone was able to relax and enjoy the home amenities. The view was serene, the neighborhood was quiet. It was close to town. Hosts were very accommodating and even dropped off a birthday card for my 12 year old. It was very thoughtful.

Beautiful lake views

My husband and I came to Idaho for a getaway. Our daughter is based in Spokane and she came to visit while we were there. The house was beautiful, clean and has everything we needed. Unfortunately, my husband ended up in the hospital (perk we were just a few miles from it) and our trip was not as expected. We were happy with our rental overall and have a few comments to provide the owner privately. Highly recommended.

Comfortable home with beautiful view

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks while visiting the area and it was a lovely, quiet retreat that made for a relaxing vacation. The bed was comfortable and the jet-tub in the master bath was wonderfully extravagant. There's a solid normal shower bath in second bathroom that my husband preferred. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and had good knives (a pet peeve) and we loved the coffee maker with the option for drip coffee or pod style. All the appliances were easy to use and worked well. The living room looks out over beautiful woods and out to the lake and there's a small herd of deer that like to visit twice a day. We loved the gas fireplace too. It's a close residential neighborhood but well situated to get to any place you might want to visit in the area.

Fantastic View!

We loved our stay! The deck is really the star of the show, great hot tub, views of the lake, and propane fire pit below. Tons of wildlife all around and quiet, starlit sky at night, and a great neighborhood just to walk around and admire. AC was important for our summertime stay and worked great. Beds comfy and clean with lots of pillow options. The dishwasher did leak when we first ran it, but the host was quick to respond and send someone out. The master bath was wonderful but know that is not a shower, so be prepared to have a single shower. Great trip!

Gorgeous quiet retreat

We stayed as a group for a family reunion weekend. The home was lovely but our only drawback was that it was not as well appointed as other places we stayed at in terms of kitchen accessories. It was simple things like salt/pepper, grill tools, a muffin tin, etc. it was functional but not outfitted as well as we had hoped for 6 cooking for adults. But, the owners were super easy to communicate with and check in was easy. You can’t beat the sunrise and sun beams over the lake views in the master bedroom!

Great view of Hayden Lake

Nice home. Surprised that the primary suite bathroom didn’t have a shower. Bathtub w/ a shower head, but only long enough to use if you sit in the jetted tub. Tub is std length at 60”. No TV’s in any bedroom. Garage, but no opener to use from the car. There’s a spa, but it wasn’t well cared for. Murky water didn’t allow us to use it. Deck needs repairs.

Lovely Home

The home is beautiful, the setup is great for a small family or pair of couples, and the view of Hayden Lake is fantastic. Was clean, quiet, and only 10 mins from Coeur d’Alene. Would definitely go back.

Great Getaway!

Property is amazing with spectacular views and all amenities as described. Hot tub was awesome with the lake views! As other reviews have stated, there is an incredibly off putting amount of smoke smell in the laundry room that made the washer and dryer completely unusable for us. We just shut the door and used the rest of the property unaffected! Great location with easy access to CDA and a quiet neighborhood set this property apart.

Great central location

Everything was great, view was amazing. This house is very easy to get to and get into downtown CDA, Sandpoint, etc. I would suggest they remodel the master bedroom, there is no shower and that was inconvenient.

Fabulous fun had by all
