"Very friendly staff, beautiful view of the river from our room. Easy access to the Centennial trail for a morning run beside the river. Walking distance to Twigs for dinner and to the movie theater for after dinner. Good breakfast, and all for significantly less money than the other places we were considering. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking to stay on the east side of Spokane. Only negative is the bathroom is very basic, recommend an upgrade for the next remodel."

"Always has been a great facility - clean, comfortable, well-staffed - but the recreational facility on north side closed and the Shari's restaurant adjacent to south side also closed. But, on the other side of the street to south is a Starbucks!"
