"I recently stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites, and while my experience was generally positive, there was a hiccup at check-in. My room wasn't available at the scheduled 3 PM check-in time, which was inconvenient. However, I want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of the front desk staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate me during the wait. They were attentive, communicative, and ensured I was comfortable while waiting for my room. Their excellent service made the delay much more manageable. Overall, I appreciate the hospitality and effort of the staff, though I hope the hotel improves its room readiness for future guests. A smooth check-in process would make an already welcoming experience even better"
