"Overall, I would rate this hotel a 7 out of 10. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly until my boyfriend told me their was a cockroach in the bathroom. I went to go see and saw it running out of the bathroom and go underneath the cabinet by the mini fridge. When we brought this up to the front desk a worker, Jackie, stated we arent the only people who saw them and they are the "good" cockroaches. Wonderful Getaway

"We had a wonderful day at the Fairmont Resort! While the weather wasn’t ideal, the wide variety of indoor activities and events truly made our stay special. We enjoyed the spa, indoor pool, sauna, in-house cinema, and the excellent selection of bars and restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering a great place to unwind. The only downsides were having to pay extra for movies and the need for a bathroom renovation. Despite this, everything else about the room was fantastic. Overall, we had an incredible experience and will definitely be returning!"
