"We were a family of three adults and one 16 year old. I can't say enough wonderful things about the apartment, and Kirsty was quick to respond with any questions. The apartment is large, with sweeping views of the harbor. The kitchen was fully stocked with all implements you might need. The stove and oven are induction. "The place was dirty. Marks from spills on the wall, dust on counter tops in bedrooms, cobwebs in corners etc etc. the bath towels were lovely but very disappointed with the standard of cleaning. We have taken photos and think it reasonable to ask for a refund of the cleaning fee as it clearly needed doing before our arrival. Will await your response. Thanks"
