A luxurious retreat
The property was well presented, comfortable and warm and had most requirements for a very comfortable stay. The views were breathtaking! However there were a few issues that needed improvement. The shower had nowhere to put toiletries except on the floor. A shower caddy would have been very useful and a good quality stainless steel caddy can be purchased for under $100 from Mitre 10. For luxury accommodation an oversight such as this was very surprising. Also I was disappointed to find that for an 8 night stay, there was no replenishing of such items as towels, dishwasher tablets etc. We had 4 tablets for 8 nights!! I didn't expect to have to purchase dishwasher tablets, especially with the daily tariff we were paying . Finally you need to include in your promotional info, that there is no clothes washing machine or dryer. Again for the length of our stay I thought this oversight was unacceptable. Apart from these issues we did enjoy our stay, it was very comfortable.

Quiet, close and perfect for a couple
This lovely property, with views across Hāwea Flat to the mountains, is beautifully furnished and very comfortable, clean, sunny and warm. It’s a short drive to Wanaka and close to the wineries around Bannockburn and Cromwell. Communication with the managing agent was excellent and very helpful.
