"I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I asked for an iron 4 times and didn’t receive it. I had to stop a maid in the hallway to get one. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and was given one bed. I had my son with me and they charged me for having him. My room was not cleaned one of the days and my sign was not on the door. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I will be frequently Kuwait and will not consider this hotel. "

"Location is between schools, the area is overcrowded in the morning and afternoon, you won’t be able to move your car during these times, and no way you can reach the hotel or find parking if you back home before people leave the school. Rooms made me feel I’m in jail, I asked for twin bed but they gave me single bed. I couldn’t stay for 30 minuets and left without paying. But Expedia gave them my card number and they charged me for cancellation. I will never book a hotel from Expedia ever...
