"This house is close to UNC, the arboretum, and walking trails accessible from the house. Very unique house with a beautiful yard. Kitchen and eating area was great for a family meal. We were able to spend the weekend together and not be on top of each other. Good communication from owner throughout. "

"We really loved this adorable home very convenient to UNC. Wegmans is almost across the street which was wonderful. The area is beautiful and seems very safe. The house had very comfortable mattresses and we loved having all the bathrooms so no one had to share. It was a quick 12 minute drive to see our son at UNC. The owners were very friendly and easy to reach. We will definitely be back! "
