"My family stayed for the New Years holiday and had a great time! First of all it was super clean! We didn't have any problems finding things or getting them to work as there are very thorough instructions in the house. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the 2 tv areas for little kids and grown ups watching at the same time. They each had plenty of comfortable seating also.The weather was mild enough to enjoy the screened porch and fire table while we chatted and got caught up. The round table...

"We could not have been more happy with this property. It has everything we were looking for with our large family (2Adults/6Kids). If you are a nervous parent or have particularly destructive little ones, this might not be the place for you - but our crew loved every minute of it. "

"So adorable. The house is huge inside. Centrally located to major shops and restaurants, not to mention DELIVERY!!!! Roomy kitchen. Missed the dishwasher but I’m use to hand washing so really no buggy for us. I did need a few more pots and pans as I was cooking Christmas dinner for all the kids and grandkids but if not hosting, it was plenty. There were nooks and plenty of space for naps and breaks from the noise. The guys loved the game room. We will definitely stay in this lovely homey home...

"I had my disabled adult daughter and two dogs with me. The home met all our needs including a fenced back yard and beautiful back deck. Some lighting outside didn’t work and the place could have been a bit cleaner (little more attention to detail) but overall nice stay! Recommend TV in at least one bedroom."

"This definitely fits the Cozy Cottage name. It’s updated and comfortable. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but communication with the property manager was very good. It needs to be stated in the description that the main BR has twin beds pushed together, not a true king size bed. Also there are no TVs in the bedrooms. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay at this property. "
