"The property advertises amenities that it doesn't provide (the manager says they are planning to provide them in the future), which is unprofessional. They advertise laundry facilities, gym, terrace, swimming pool (swimming pool was present but had dirty water) but do not deliver. I made the booking through Expedia (and was promised Free Breakfast) but was declined by the hotel. The manager of the hotel was also very unaccommodative, and stayed adamant. The staff at their restaurant is nice and polite. And the environment of the hotel is quiet."

"Very bad experience! All rooms smelly, water leaking into the rooms, no clean towels, bathroom wires were open. Worst experience i ever had in my life. I booked for 2 days but i checked out on first day only because of these hell of experience. So requested refund for my 2nd day."

"We had booked in another property at Havelock Island and were extremely dissapointed. We managed to get a chalet at Sea Shell Havelock last room available. As soon as we arrived at the property extremely welcoming staff especially front office manager Ms. Khushboo. She ensured our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Property is well maintained and clean. Would like to specially thank Ms. Khushboo for accomodating a late check out request. We tasted wonderful food at both restaurants Bonova and White Lotus. The staff are extremely kind and pleasant. Also would like to thank Mr. Anuj for a pleasant stay. Thank you to the entire staff at Sea Shell Havelock. You are all doing a great job."

"Wow. This was a spectacular trip! Tilar Siro is very nicely integrated into the natural environment. The location is excellent and the private beach is idyllic and perfect for swimming. We loved the overall concepts invoked here, on eco-friendliness and appreciation of nature. The kitchen serves amazing slow food and "real" coffee. Enjoy a morning lal chai while watching the sun rise from the beach. Do not miss the naturalist-guided tidal pool walk in the morning. The staff (Mervyn, Rigzin, Karthik, Anant, Dava, and the kitchen team) went above and beyond to make the stay truly memorable. Hang out with them and they will share all the secret places to go. We are already missing the place :)"

"We loved the location and the unique nature of the property. It felt like we were in the middle of a jungle and back to nature with only noise being birds chirping. The beach was one of the cleanest and best we have seen. Staff were very courteous and helpful and able to deal with any enquiry. Breakfast was excellent but generally bar and food prices were high. The only thing we didn’t like was the lighting around the property and the uneven path. Our cottage was a bit of a distance from the restaurant and finding our way back in the dark was dangerous and a real nightmare as we are elderly and not too steady on our feet!"

"Our stay was amazing the resort a little gem. The rooms where spacious with plenty of light. 8 windows infact ,very clean with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was great lots of choice and cooked to perfection. A short walk through the palm trees was the private beach. Whilst the beach was beautifully with white sand and clear water I was a little disappointed about the amount of plastic struined across the beach.Whislt I do understand it's been bought in by the tide and is a sad testament to us humans 10 mins a day picking up the litter if only on their private beach slot would have made all the difference. After all the hotel took such pride in keeping the rest of the hotels gardens and grounds free from litter it was shame to overlook this. All in all a great stay and I would recommend this place 100% if we get the chance to come back to the Island this would definitely be the place we would stay again .ps.the beautiful little parting gift of cookies was such a lovely touch thank you xx"
